HOW TO APPLY?

To apply for a grant to help your good cause, just download and fill out our simple, three-step application form.

The application for funds must be completed on our form and signed by two appropriate authorised persons and include all documentation requested on the form.

Once you've filled it out, you'll need to sign it and post it to us with all relevant documents at:
